PURPOSE:To produce an arbitrary reference color and inspection color, by a method wherein, after light from a light source, producing a parallel light flux, is caused to pass through a filter, it is irregularly reflected and dispersed in an integration box, and a color producing part, consisting of 2 systems for a reference color and an inspection color, is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A color producing part 1 consists of a light source 11, lens systems 12, 13, mixture color filters 14, 15, and integration boxes 16, 17 to form an optical system comprising two systems of a reference color and an inspection system. Light from the light source 1 produces a parallel light flux with the aid of the lens systems 12 and 13. The light flux is caused to pass through the mixture color filters 14, 15 consisting of 3 color filters of a red, a green, and a blue filter, and it is irregularly reflected and dispersed in the integration boxes so as to be seen into a single color through an observation window. The reference color and the inspection color are measured by a color measuring part 2. A color mixture ratio varying means for the mixture color filters 14 and 15 is controlled by a computer controller 5, and the stristimulus value and the color difference of the reference color and the inspection color are operated by means of a signal from the color measuring part. 52: input output device, 54: memory unit, 55: key board |
