PURPOSE:To perform an efficient and rapid measurement, by inputting to a measuring device a torque detecting output of a retainer arm, a moving distance of a piston rod for driving a piston for an oil feed oil cylinder, and an oil pressure of a hydraulic oil fed to a disc brake. CONSTITUTION:A disc rotor 7 is secured to an end of a rotary shaft 8 driven directly from a DC motor 10. A disk brake 5, located in a manner that it nips the disc rotor 7, is detachably mounted to a bracket 4 secured to a retainer arm 3 pivotably supported to a retainer stand 2. A load cell, detecting a torque in the twisting direction of the retainer arm 3, is installed to input its output to a measuring device 40. Finally, an output of a detecting and measuring device 29 for moving distance of a piston rod 26a of an air cylinder 26 for driving a piston of an oil cylinder 27 which feeds a hydraulic oil to the disc brake 5, and an output of a converter 39 for detecting a hydraulic oil are inputted to the measuring device 40. |
