PURPOSE:To smooth a flow of a sample, to prevent contaminating of it, and to simplify manufacture of it, by a method wherein, in a flow system electrode constitution, an electrode film forming jig is inserted into a sensor film filling member. CONSTITUTION:After an electrode film forming jig 7 is inserted into a sensory film filling member 8 to perfectly close off a flow path, an appropriate amount of a material of a sensory film 3 is dropped in an open part 9 of a flow path by the use of a syringe, and it is left standing until a sensory film 3 is formed. A sensory film filling member 8 is firmly adhered to an inner liquid frame 5 to form a body of a flow type detector, and the inner liquid frame 5 is filled with an inner liquid 4. An inner electrode 6 is then immersed in the inner liquid 4 at a stage which is before the inner liquid 4 is brought into a gel state, and an inner electrode press 9 is adhered to the inner liquid frame 5 so that the inner liquid 4 is perfectly sealed. Then, in order to release the flow path of the sensory film filling member 8, the electrode film forming jig 7 is pulled off by a force that is gentle enough to exercise no influence on the sensory film 3. |
