<p>PURPOSE:To attain manual character and coordinate input with a simple construction, by constituting a flat support and a resistive layer so as to have transparency to the wavelength of a light irradiated from a light pen. CONSTITUTION:A tablet plate has a construction that a resistive layer 2, a photo conductive layer 3, and an electrode layer 4 are sequentially laminated on one side of a flat support 1. A light 6 having a wavelength sensed with the layer 3 is irradiated from a light pen 5 to the layer 3 corresponding to the coordinate position desired to be inputted. Then, the layer 4 and the resistive layer 2 are electrically connected at the irradiated point of light and the coordinate information at the irradiated position of the light pen 5 from the layer can be picked up as an analog voltage. In this construction, the support 1 and the layer 2 should have transparency of the light 6 from the light pen 5 at least partially.</p> |
