PURPOSE:To simplify distributing operation and to shorten the time required for the operation, by starting the distribution of a dilution liquid prior to the start of the distribution of a sample, and by ending the distribution of the dilution liquid after the distribution of the sample is ended. CONSTITUTION:A sample nozzle 6 is made movable among a diluted sample vessel 12, a sample vessel 10 and a rinsing tank 11. A dilution liquid 15 in a dilution liquid tank 16 is discharged from a dilution nozzle 20 into the vessel 12 by a syringe 21 for the dilution liquid and valves 18 and 19. After this discharge is started, a sample is discharged from the nozzle 6 into the vessel 12 by a sample syringe 8. The discharge of the dilution liquid is continued for a prescribed time even after the discharge of the sample is ended. Accordingly, the distribution of the dilution liquid is started before the distribution of the sample is started, and it is ended after the distribution of the sample is ended. Therefore, the agitation and mixture of a liquid to be inspected can be conducted simultaneously with the distribution. |
