PURPOSE:To superpose 2 luminous fluxes whose wavelength are different, with total 2 pieces of 1 piece of dichroic mirror and 1 piece of reflecting mirror, by giving degrees of freedom to the dichroic mirror. CONSTITUTION:When a reflecting mirror 4 is rotated by making m2 an axis, a point (a) on the XY surface is moved to a point a' on the X axis, and a point (b) on the X'Y' surface is moved to a point b'. Subsequently, when a dichroic mirror 3 is rotated by making m1 an axis, the point b' on the X'Y' surface is moved to a point b'' on the X' axis. Afterward, by adjusting the angle of the reflecting mirror 4, distances of a''Z1 and b''Z2 are set so as to be equal. Finally, adjustment is made so as to become a''Z1=b''Z2=0, by moving back and forth the reflecting mirror 4. In this case, it is also possible to make the adjustment by moving back and forth the dichroic mirror 3 instead of the reflecting mirror 4. |
