PURPOSE:To limit the temperature rise in a cabinet and to improve the reliability of a communication equipment, by providing a circuit which limits a drive current of a transmission amplifier if the temperature in the cabinet increases to a value or more and decreases the transmission output level. CONSTITUTION:A temperature in a cabinet is detected at a temperature detection circuit 7 using a thermister, and when this detected temperature is lower than a reference temperature T2 (set to a temperature set circuit 9), a reference voltage taking the transmission output level as P0 is given from a reference voltage set circuit 4' to a transmission control amplifier 5 to control the transmission output level to be P0. If the detected temperature given to the circuit 7 is higher than the said reference temperature T2, the reference voltage to bring the transmission output level to P1(P1<P0) is given from the circuit 4' to the amplifier 5 so as to control the transmission output level to P1. |
