PURPOSE:To actually adopt a highly permeable, low iron loss, amorphous magnetic thin belt in a transformer with silicon steel belt arranged on the outside of the amorphous magnetic thin belt for reinforcing the belt. CONSTITUTION:An iron bobbin 5 is arranged in window holes 3a of the primary and secondary windings 3. Subsequently, a hoop 6 in the form of an amorphous magnetic thin belt is wound on the periphery of the bobbin 5. The winding is troidally conducted by hooking the hoop 6 onto a winding transfer roller 7 and by leading the roller in and out of the window hole 3a of the coil in the direction of an arrow. The troidal winding can be carried out by moving the transfer roller 7 within 20% of spacing where an oriented silicon steel belt located on the periphery of the amorphous magnetic thin belt. Furthermore, by inserting an annealed wound core 1 on which the oriented silicon steel belt has been wound into the window hole 3a of the coil, the belt is wound on the periphery of the wound core 2. |
