The memory line of the PROM is improved to remove the current loss for memorizing, and the disagreement of the current flowing into ths ON voltage control circuit does not affect the current vlaue for memorizing. The ON voltage control circuit supplies the control input terminal with control current by driving the control current supplying circuit when a voltage larger than the given voltage is applied to the current supplying circuit.
