PURPOSE:To obtain a processor which is usable practically as a firearms control device, etc. only with the optical device by searching all directions optically and permitting automatic transfer from discovery of a target to tracking of the same. CONSTITUTION:The digital video signal from a sensor part or a preprocessing part is supplied to a line memory 6, an aerial background calculating circuit 7 and an underwater background calculating circuit 8. Thereafter, a threshold value is determined and is supplied via a comparator 10 to a horizontal line detecting circuit 11 which generates a gate signal for discriminating an aerial part and an underwater part in a gate generating circuit 12 in accordance with the coordinates of the horizontal line. In a line memory 6, the video signal delayed by as much as the time corresponding to one horizontal period is supplied to a line memory 13, an air threshold calculating circuit 14 and a water threshold calculating circuit 15. The threshold value is compared with the video signal from the memory 13 in a comparator 16 and is introduced to a space filter 18. |
