PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent image, by making the outer diameters at both end parts being nonimaging part areas of an intermediate transferring roller or a donor roller which are brought into press-contact with each other, smaller than the outer diameters of intermediate parts being imaging part areas. CONSTITUTION:The outer diameters of both end parts being nonimaging part areas of an intermediate transferring roller 6 is made smaller than that of the intermediate part being imaging part areas, and the step difference (d) is arranged to be 0.05-0.5mm., but preferably to be about 0.1mm.. Both end parts of the intermediate transferring roller 6 may be constituted as a bearing 17 having about 0.1mm. step difference (d). |
