PURPOSE:To conduct a rotary motion and a sliding motion in the axial direction independently by combining a solenoid with the stepping motor and forming the rotor shaft of the stepping motor as the plunger of the solenoid. CONSTITUTION:The stepping motor section is formed by a stator section consisting of a yoke 1, upper and lower flanges 2, 3 and bearing metals 4, 5, a rotor 6, thrust bearings 7, 8, a rotatable spring seat 9 placed onto the thrust bearing 8, and a compression coil spring 10 pushing the rotor 6 to the upper side at all times. The lower section of the rotor shaft is used as the plunger 11, and the solenoid section with a magnetic circuit composed of a case 12 and a pipe 13 is coupled with the stepping motor section. The rotor 6 is slid in the axial direction (a stroke S) while being separated from the rotary motion of the rotor 6 of the stepping motor section by exciting the coil 11 of the solenoid section. |
