PURPOSE:To remove defectives positively by pressure-welding commutator bars corresponding to the winding starting and winding ending sections of a coil by fusing pressing force smaller than other commutator bars. CONSTITUTION:A detector 24 for detcting the positions of the commutator bars of the winding starting section and winding ending section of the coil is mounted. A core lifter 20 is positioned at the central section of the fusing machine 18, two electrodes 21 are arranged while being opposed in the left and right direction, and the electrodes 21 are pressed by means of a cylinder 22. The commutator bars corresponding to the winding starting section and winding ending section of the coil are pressure-welded by fusing pressing force smaller than other commutator bars on the basis of detecting signals from the detector 24. |
