PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayered analyzing sheet for determination of hydrogen peroxide which has excellent shelf stability for reagent and stability of a coloring compd. after color developing by using N, N-di-substd. aniline having specific substituents as a color former. CONSTITUTION:A hydrogen donor and the aniline compd. expressed by the general formula [R<1> is C1-C5 substd. or nonsubstd. alkyl groups, R<2> is -COR<4>, -SO2R<5> or C1-C5 substd. or nonsubstd. alkyl groups, R<3> is hydrogen, C1-C5 substd. or nonsubstd. alkyl groups or alkoxy groups, R<4> is C2-C5 substd. or non substd. alkyl groups, -O-R<6>(R<6> is C1-C5 substd. or nonsubstd. alkyl groups), -NR<5>R<7> (R<5>R<7> is hydrogen, C1-C5 substd. or nonsubstd. alkyl groups or aryl groups] are allowed to coexist in the presence of peroxidase to form a colored compd., which is measured oprtically. It the multilayered analyzing sheet is used, the determination of hydrogen peroxide is made possible simply by spotting a drop of a liquid sample onto the sheet and viewing the color change thereof. |
