摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out a fatigue breakdown test in the state approximate to that during the use by rotating a rotary table on which the sample of an elastic material molded to a wheel shape is brought into abutment by appling of load back and forth in such a way that the samples rides over the obstructions on the top surface repeatedly. CONSTITUTION:A rotary table 20 is placed on the upper part of a base plate 10 and a wheellike sample G molded by a tire constituting material is mounted to the sample mounting member 60 of a smample mounting device 50 mounted to a machine frame 51 while the sample is held in abutment on the table 20 by means of a weight 54 for loading. Obstructions 40 are disposed radially on the top surface of the table 20, and when the table 20 is rotated back and forth around a revolving shaft 21 by a driving mechanism 30, the sample G rides over the obstructions 40 repeatedly. When the sample G is mounted deviatedly from the member 60, inverting motion is effected in addition to the forward and backward rotating motion and therefore lateral sliding is generated and the testing in the state more approximate to the use condition is carried out.
