For taking the cigarette holder apart and replacing of filtering material, the sleeve is removed and is suitably utilized as a holding handle with respect to which the retrieving member is extended in a first direction for retrieving cotton material, and extended in the reverse direction to provide a tamping end for forcing new cotton material into the cigarette holder.</p> |
