PURPOSE:To correct an unequal strip of a yield point to a satisfactory shape, by constituting a correcting roll group, and an anticrimping roll of the delivery so as to be movable in the axial direction, gradually decreasing the outside diameter of its roll in one end part, and gradually increasing it in the other end part. CONSTITUTION:From the entry of a strip 1, an entry anti-crimping roll 2, expanding roll groups 3, 4, warp correcting roll groups 5c, 6c which are capable of moving in the axial direction, and a delivery anti-crimping roll 7c which is capable of moving in the axial direction are arrayed. As for these delivery roll groups 5c, 6c and 7c, one end and the other end are formed so as to be convexly tapered and concavely tapered, rspectively, and also an array of the tapered rolls is made zigzag. As for the strip 1 whose yield point distribution is uniform, its correction is executed by the flat center part of the warp correcting rolls 5c, 6c and the delivery anti-climping roll 7c. As for the strip whose yield point distribution in the width direction is uniform, the correction is executed by moving the tapered part of each roll 5c, 6c and 7c to the end part of the strip 1. |
