POLYURETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR CAST MOLDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a polyurethane resin compsn. for cast molding which contains specified flaky mica and glass beads, has a relatively low viscosity despite of a high content of reinforcing material, shows excellent moldability and produces moldings with high rigidity. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. is prepared by adding 3-45wt% in total of (B) flaky mica with a weight average aspect ratio of 10 or higher and a particle size of 100-400mesh (e.g. phloyopite of Canadian origin) and (C) glass beads of the particle size of 50-200mesh to (A) liquid polyurethane resin for molding (e.g. Ru-13 made by Kokusai Chemical Co.). (B) and (C) are used in the ratio of 1:1-1:0.02 by weight.
