PURPOSE:To obtain the accurate information on the 4th largest value and the largest flicker value in the measuring state of flickers by operating the output data of a flicker meter group from before a certain time till the current point of the time by an arithmetic processing device. CONSTITUTION:The outputs F01-F0n flicker meters consisting of plural units are inputted via an A/D converter 1 to a central processing unit 2, and is stored in a storage device 3. When an interrupting signal Di for data processing is inputted from the outside to the unit 2, the data from, for example, 2hr before till the current point of time is called out by the unit 2 successively from the device 3. In the case of extracting the data from 2hr before, total 60 pieces of frameworks are formed, and the 4th largest value is determined with each thereof, and the largest flicker value in the 2hr zone is calculated as well. Upon ending of the operations, the results of the operations are typewirtten with a printer 5 via an interface circuit 4. |
