PURPOSE:To detect instantly the occurrence of any abnormality in a pump system by detecting quantitatively the change in the state of the pump system by means of start/stop signals of a motor. CONSTITUTION:Each driven time T of a motor 6 is counted by a timer 14, and it is compared with a standard time TS in an operation hour discriminating unit 15. If T>TS, a display unit 16 indicates occurrence of abnormality. In a starting ratio detecting unit 18, if the ratio of the motor starting times countd by a starting times counting unit 17 to the standard time is greater than the prescribed value, abnormality is indicated on the display unit 16. The ratio of the integrated time to the calculated value is detected, and if it is greater than the prescribed value the display unit 16 indicates the abnormality in the same manner as above. |
