PURPOSE:To make the core molding easy, by a method wherein a formed core is used as an outer mold, and magnetic wires coated with thermosetting resin are inserted and filled and then cured by heating. CONSTITUTION:A formed coil 1 is put on a base 3 and a necessary inside mold 4 is installed and then magnetic wires 5 coated with epoxy resin 6 are inserted one by one or in a bundle of several ones to inner recess of the coil in alignment of the axial center. Wires of required number are inserted and the recess is filled and then the heat curing is performed and the base and the inside core are removed. |
