PURPOSE:To check the adequacy of the position of a projected image on a solid element automatically, by obtaining an AND value of optical data from light detecting means which are arranged in parallel on both sides of linear light receiving parts of solid state image pickup elements. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric transducer element 51 forming the linear light receiving part is arranged on the surface of a CCD50. Light transmitting members 52 and 53 comprising cylindrical lens shaped transparent bodies are arranged in parallel on both sides of the element 51. Optical sensors 52S and 53S are connected to one end of each member. The light beams including the projecting images Mi(i=1-4) of slits from a lens to be checked are guided to the optical sensors 52S and 53S through the light transmitting members 52 and 53. The outputs of the sensors are inputted to the comparators 8 and 9 through amplifiers 6 and 7 and compared with a threshold voltage VTH. The output is sent to a display means 11 through an AND gate, and the adequacy of the position of the projecting images Mi (i.e. the lens to be checked) is automatically checked. |
