PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of the air by arranging a rolling member tightly between the side walls of a structure for the purpose to confine the air between the waves into an inner hollow section of a supporting structure to be fixed at the bottom of water, where the tip section is immersed in the water while inclining and bringing the pivotable point of the rolling member higher than the wave top section. CONSTITUTION:A hollow section 1 is formed between both side walls of a structure fixed at the bottom of water, while an air conducting path 3' is conducted to said section 1 and an air turbine is provided ahead. A rolling member 22 is pivoted to a supporting shaft 21 stretched across both side walls of the structure at the position higher than the top point of the wave W. A float chamber 27 is formed in front of the rolling member while the both side faces are provided with effective sealing mechanisms against both side walls. Since the end of the rolling member 22 is always immersed in the water, the hollow section 1 is separated from the exterior to provide an enclosed space thereby the air pushed up by the wave force will reach through the path 3' to the air turbine. |
