PURPOSE:To enable the re-use of an electronic circuit poor in the package as acceptable by utilizing a circuit sector originally used for a counter of a time piece for inspection. CONSTITUTION:Signals from an oscillator 1 are divided 2 and 3 in the frequency while signals from adjustment input terminals 8-13 are introduced into an adjusting cicuit 21. In this inspection, a signal is applied to a terminal 30 to stop the transmission of signals from a divider 2 to 3, a signal to a terminal 31 to set the count contents of the divider 3 at the initial inspection state and an inspection pulse signal for the divider 3 to a terminal 7. The coincidence is detected 34 between the adjusting signals of the terminals 8-13, the count contents of the divider 3 and the signal of the terminal 30. Based on the count contents of the divider 3 in the inspection, the adjusting signals corresponding to the existence of the connection to a power source potential are transmitted sequentially as coincidence detection signal from a test output terminal 29. |
