PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work thereof and facilitate a mass production by a method wherein a plurality of tubular protrusions are formed on sheet members and the members are laminated so as to communicate the protrusions each other to constitute the heat exchanger in the heat exchanger made by laminating a plurality of sheet members. CONSTITUTION:The sheet member 1, formed with a plurality of lateral and transversal rows of the tubular protrusions 3 and locating recesses 2 inflated upwardly from the lower surface thereof, is formed by the vacuum forming of vinyl chloride or the like. The tip ends of the tubular protrusions 3 of these sheet members 1 are inserted into the recesses 2 of the neighboring sheet members 1 to form the laminated body 4. According to such constitution, the discharged air of a ventilating fan for an air conditioner or the like is introduced into paths formed by the protrusions 3 as shown by an arrow sign A while the other fluid is flowed through the flow paths between the sheet members 1. According to this constitution, the heat exchanger may be assembled by laminating simply the sheet members and the mass production thereof may be facilitated. |
