<p>PURPOSE:To provide FBT being excellent in flexibility of resin composition, adhesive property to component parts, electric characteristics of resin curing substance, fire retardant property, withstand voltage property and high reliability, by a method wherein the component parts are simultaneously processed in insulation treatment with polybutadiene denatured epoxy resin composition. CONSTITUTION:In a low-pressure container of 10mm.Hg is put FBT comprising a primary bobbin 2, a secondary bobbin 3, a diode 4, a primary coil 5, a secondary coil 6, a focus resistor 7, and a condenser 8 all contained in a case 9. Resin composition is injected and the container is restored to normal pressure and curing is performed at prescribed condition. Red phorphorus and aluminium hydroxide are incorporated to liquid polybutadiene reacting diluent of total amount 100pts.wt. and each incorporating amount is varied. As a result, resin which is satisfactory in various properties such as fire retardant property, impregnation property, electric characteristics after moisture absorption and adhesive property is obtained in the composition of red phosphorus 10-40pts.wt., and aluminium hydroxide 30-200pts.wt.</p> |
