<p>PURPOSE:To correctly perform stable detection of blocking and improve detecting accuracy of the blocking, by detecting a change of electric resistance between electrodes through a detector circuit and performing temperature correction of an output of the detector circuit in accordance with exhaust temperature. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust purifier of a Diesel engine is operated such that a resistance value signal is output from a resistance value detector circuit 11 by a pair of electrodes 7, 8 arranged in a filter member 2 to decide a blocking condition of the filter member 2 in accordance with an output of the detector circuit 11 and control operation of a heater 3. An output of a temperature sensor 16 is input to a temperature correction circuit 17 interposed between a blocking decision circuit 14 in a control circuit 12 and the detector circuit 11, and the output from said detector circuit 11 is corrected by the circuit 17 in accordance with an output signal T of the sensor 16.</p> |
