PURPOSE:To prevent noise due to backlash on the annular spring material in such a way that a return part is formed at the outer peripheral end of an annular spring material which engages with a spherical body at the end part of a connecting rod inserted into the concave part of the semispherical face of a piston, and it is forced into the inner wall of the piston skirt part. CONSTITUTION:After a spherical body 4 at the end part of a connecting rod 6 is inserted into the concave part 3 of the semispherical face of a piston 2, an annular spring material 8 to engage with it is formed by a holding part 81 to support the spherical body 4, void parts 82 which are provided in the proper number of pieces near the holding part 81, and a return part 83 which is installed at the outer peripheral end by means of bending machining, or the like. And, since the annular spring material 8 is made with improvement of resilient force and edge strength by quenching and/or tempering on the carbon steel, such as SK-5, or another, the return part 83 at the outer periphery of the annular spring material 8 provides biting effect into the inner wall just by forcing into the inner wall of the skirt part 21 of the piston 2, and it prevent separation of the annular spring material 8. |
