PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of septic malodors from water soluble grinding oils, etc. and to improve cutting efficiency by aerating and agitating the water soluble grinding oils and cutting oils with fine bubble and suppressing the growth of facultative anaerobe, mold, etc. CONSTITUTION:Partitions 5 located in the upper part in an oil tank 1 and partition plates 6 located in the lower part are arranged alternately. Bubbing plates 7 are sunk in the water soluble grinding oil and cutting oil 2 contained in the tank 1 and an air pump or compressor is connected to the plates 7 to generate numerous pieces of bubble by the plates 7. While the water soluble grinding oil, the cutting oil and the oils and water in the grinding oils are uniformly agitated by the mutual effect of the bubble and the liquid flow, the oils are aerated to supply oxygen into the grinding oil and cutting oil by the aeration effect. The growth of facultative anaerobe and mold hypha that can be a cause for putrefaction of oils and water and the generation of septic malodors is suppressed and the generation of smells is prevented. |
