<p>The container is generally rectangular. It has a fixed bottom (6), at the centre of which there is mounted a lifting post supporting a movable partition (12). In the lowermost position the latter rests on the fixed bottom, and when lifted vertically to the maximum height it does not cause the items to spill out of the vessel. The bottom can be cruciform, with feet below forming spaces for the insertion of lifting forks under cross-bars, the lift being mounted at the centre. There can be four fixed walls, and three on the movable bottom, the remaining side of the latter being left open for access.</p> |
