PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized captioned device and improve its accuracy by giving the electromagnetic force generated by an electromagnetic drive unit to a valve body interlocked with a diaphragm operated by the pressure of fluid via a multiplying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A multiplying mechanism 9 consists of a lever 12 with a knot 10 and a lever 14 with a knot 11, and a contact piece 13 fixed at the top of the lever 12 is brought in contact with the lever 14. The rate between an electromagnetic force Fm generated by an electromagnetic drive unit and a force Fm' to work to a valve body 4 via the multiplying mechanism 9 can be obtained as Fm'/Fm=(ED/CD)X(AC/AB). For example, when ED/CD=2 and AC/AB=1.5, Fm'/Fm=3. This construction permits to use the electromagnetic drive unit capable to obtain 1/3 electromagnetic force of the force Fm' necessary to control the fluid. |
