PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the independent provision of a comparator, by performing the level comparison between an analog input voltage and a reference voltage, and the processing of exclusive logical sum at the same time. CONSTITUTION:An exclusive logical sum circuit consists of differential amplifiers of parallel constitution inputting one data, i.e., transistors (TRs)Q12-Q15, and differential amplifiers connected to the emitter of the said amplifiers and inputting the other data, i.e., TRs Q16, Q17. Further, the exclusive logical sum circuit is provided with an emitter follower circuit consisting of TRs Q36, Q37 respectively provided with TRs Q34, Q35 for level shift. An analog input voltage and a high-level reference voltage are given to the TRs Q12-Q13 constituting the differential amplifier via the emitter follower consisting of TRs Q1, Q2. |
