The combined case and pallet comprises a pallet (1) on which a case containing the articles (B) to be supported is fixed. Apertures (16,17,18) are formed in the case sidewalls to make part of the contents visible and allow them to be marked while in the case. The latter can comprise a first section (4) fixed to the pallet, and a second (6) hinging on the first. The opposite sidewalls of the first and second sections also have apertures exposing part of the contents. One of the sidewalls can form the front wall, the apertures formed in it consisting of large notches to display the contents.
