PURPOSE:To improve the reliability relating to the control of transistors (TRs), by setting the collector or emitter as a multiconstruction and using one of the multielectrodes for the detection of current. CONSTITUTION:A motor M is complementarily driven with 4 power TRs Q10, Q20, Q30, and Q40. The emitter of the power TRs Q10, Q30 is respectively constituted with two parts. The ratio of areas of the two parts constituting one emitter or collector is sufficiently large, and most of current driving the motor M flows to the large area and a minute current proportional to the driving current flows to the smaller area. Through the detection of this minute current, the driving current is controlled. |
