PURPOSE:To prevent the top parts of the side walls of a hollow double wall molded article from becoming thin by a method wherein before molding forces have been closed a parison is closed by the side walls equipped on the circumference of the forces and prevented from inflating outside the forces. CONSTITUTION:Movable walls 17, 18 are equipped respectively on the upper and lower end of the female force 12 and the male force 13 and fixed walls 16, 16 are provided on the side wall of the female force 12. Parison 15 is supplied from a die head 14 between said forces 12, 13, then before the forces 12, 13 are closed, the movable side walls 17, 18 are approached to each other and after the parison 15 supplied is sealed between the fixed side walls 16, 16 and the male force 13, the forces 12, 13 are closed. Then, while excessive air is discharged from on air nozzle 22 formed between the movable side walls 17, 17 to adjust the pressure, compressed air is forced into the parison 15 to form a hollow double wall molded article 11. |
