PURPOSE:To manufacture a light annular flange plate fitted with a boss part high in dimensional accuracy at low cost by press working an annular thin plate provided with a cylindrical projection obtained by working a material and buckling the cylindrical projection. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate is subjected to blanking work, plural drawing work, center piercing work, burring work etc. and a work 5 consisting of an outside flat plate 51, an inside cylindrical projection 52, a connecting part 53 of the outside flat plate 51 and inside cylindrical projection 52, a basal part 53B, a vertical intermediate part 54, a tip side intermediate part 55, a bent part 55B, a tip part 56, a tip 57 etc. is formed. Said work is placed at a specified position of a press die 70 consisting of a die 71 and a punch 72. The cylindrical projection 52 is buckled in a cylindrical space 73 while widening the tip 57 of the work 5 to outside by the face 74 of a rotating body formed on the punch 72. Thus, a work 6 of an annular flange plate fitted with fourfold boss part is formed. |
