PURPOSE:To form continuously shutter slats having many beautifully designed ruggedness or small holes that allow lighting and ventilation by forming a band plate using ruggedness forming rolls and small hole forming rolls. CONSTITUTION:Forming rolls 5 for ruggedness forming and small hole forming rolls that pierce small holes are mounted in a roll forming device. A slat is continuously formed by passing a band plate of specified width through this forming device. Then, the slat is cut to desired length by a cutting device, and connected by interlocking parts 1, 2 to form a shutter curtain. Metal pieces dropped to the bottom of recessed part 13 of lower female roll when small holes are continuously pierced at necessary positions of the band plate 12 that passed the roll 11 can be washed away with forcibly supplied cutting oil by a brush 14 that rotates slower than the roll 11. |
