PURPOSE:To safely and simply assemble an offshore working tower by a method in which a leg formed by connecting an adequate number of slit legs laid on a base is vertically settled under water and clamped to the bottom and then a float provided to the downside of the base is removed. CONSTITUTION:One end of a leg 3 is supported on a leg guiding metal 4 and laid on a working platform 1, and the leg 3 is connected to the other leg 3 to form a leg strut 6. A leg winding-up wire 7 is provided to the lower part of the leg strut 6, a pulley 8 and a working platform winding-up wire 9 are provided to the top of the leg strut 6, and the leg strut 6 is pushed out to the outside. The leg strut 6 so pushed out gradually begins to tilt toward the outside at the leg guiding metal 4 as the supporting point, and the leg strut 6 is gradually settled into water by operating the leg winding-up wire 7 and the working platform winding-up wire 9 concurrently. When the strut 6 is landed on the bottom, the leg strut 6 is fixed by a leg fixing clamp 5. |
