Bar element composed of a plurality of individual bars for building systems

A bar element for building systems is described, which is composed of three identical individual bars of rectangular cross-section. The individual bars each have three rows of fastening holes of the same diameter, which are arranged mutually parallel in the bar longitudinal direction. The holes of the two outer rows are arranged in a square pattern, and the holes of the middle row are situated at the respective mid-points of the squares. The bars are connected to one another in parallel by means of fastening elements (screw bolts) passed through the fastening holes, in such a way that the middle bar is arranged offset with respect to the two outer bars both in the bar longitudinal direction and in the bar transverse direction, forming slot and tenon and groove and tongue.
