The invention relates to a method for manufacturing different handlebars for bicycles. Previously, bicycle handlebars were shaped either in one piece or else from two separate handlebar parts in each case by bending such that the handle ends of the handlebars have an optimum position with respect to the frame and the respective person using the bicycle. However, bending is very costly, in particular when handlebars of a different shape and size have to be manufactured. A particularly versatile adaptability and a reduction in the manufacturing expenditure can be achieved according to the invention by virtue of the fact that the handlebar parts are composed in each case of a handle tube and a wing tube and that the position of the free handle tube ends is fixed in relation to the frame by corresponding dimensioning of the wing tube length and handle tube length and those angles at which the handle tube is attached to the wing tube and at which the latter is attached to the fork head.
