PURPOSE:The titled coating agent containing chlorhexidine gluconate and burnt alum and further boric acid as active constituents, having improved lasting deodorant effect on tragomaschalia without the roughnening and discoloration, etc. of the skin by the continuous use for a long term. CONSTITUTION:A coating agent containing chlorhexidine gluconate (ointment ''Oronain H ''), burnt alum, e.g. aluminum ammonium sulfate, and boric acid as active constituents. The proportion of the respective constituents is as follows: 10wt% burnt alum and 5wt% boric acid are dissolved in 7wt% water, and the resultant solution is then incorporated and kneaded with 78wt% ointment ''Oronain H '' under stirring. The resultant cream is capable of suppressing the tragomaschalia enough by the use about once a week after the continuous use for several days for patients with mild illness and by the use once a day even for patients with serious illness. The boric acid has the astringent action in addition to the sterilizing and disinfecting action (the preventing action on deterioration) and is capable of giving more improved deodorant action on the tragomaschalia. |
