PURPOSE:To block erroneous starting of a device at a party station, by closing an incoming trunk circuit through the notice of the incoming trunk circuit on a failure notice line, or bringing an outgoing trunk circuit to vacant states, in detecting a highway failure. CONSTITUTION:A failure in highway HOW is detected at an SS/SR transmission/reception circuit SRC, then failure information is transmitted via a failure notice circuit FLTIC and the failure information (ground) is given from a BY terminal to trunk circuits TRKO-TRKn. When the trunk circuit is an incoming trunk circuit, relays are actuated for blocking and when the trunk circuit is an outgoing trunk circuit, the relays are released to make them vacant. The relays are actuated independently of the state of the SS drive line. Thus, ineffective starting from a opposing party station and erroneous starting of the said station in case of the highway failure can be prevented. |
