PURPOSE:To stabilize the output signal indicating a phase with a simple constitution, by applying the output signal from each rotation angle detector to a pulse erasing device and applying the output of this pulse erasing device to a counter to integrate it. CONSTITUTION:A rotation angle detector 2a is connected to a No.1 roll 1a to detect the rotation angle of this roll 1a. A rotation angle detector 2b is connected to a No.2 roll 1b to detect the rotation angle of this roll 1b. Pulse output signals P1 and P2 from respective rotation angle detectors 2a and 2b are inputted to a pulse erasing device 5, and the device 5 erases the number of pulses in time series to output a rotation angle phase advance output e1 for No.1 side and a rotation angle phase advance output e2 for No.2 side. A counter device 6 integrates the output e1 from the pulse erasing device 5 in the direction of addition and integrates the output e2 in the direction of subtraction. |
