The invention relates to an insulating sheet made of elasticised expanded polystyrene for impact-sound insulation between a supporting floor and an underfloor, formed from slab elements, for a floor covering. To avoid kinking, occurring in the event of a local live load, in the underfloor owing to subsidence of the insulating sheets, provision is made for a plurality of compression-resistant, plane insertion parts to be let in the insulating sheet, said insertion parts being surrounded by expanded polystyrene in the plane of the insulating sheet and their thickness being less than the thickness of the insulating sheet.
