PURPOSE:To enable to form a stable winding by forming a polybutadiene film on the surface of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A DC electric field is applied between an anode employing a rotor and a cathode employing a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate in an aqueous solution containing carboxylate of denatured polydutabiene, end anion electrodeposited film of polybutadiene is formed on the surface of the rotor. After the electrodeposition, it is washed with water, is heat treated at 100- 300 deg.C, thereby dehydrating and condensing the carboxylic acid, and forming a complete polybutadiene film. This film has excellent adherence to the base to become the rotor and less pinholes and adequate hardness. |
