Printed circuits consisting of a plurality of layers having a high positional accuracy between the circuit layers are produced in that a plurality of circuit boards are arranged above one another with one or more prepregs connected between them, the combination thus obtained is arranged in a precise position, two respectively adjacent circuit boards are welded at a plurality of points using a welding metal in order to connect them firmly to one another and, if necessary, a metal foil or metal foils is or are arranged on one or both sides of the combination thus formed, with one or more prepregs connected between them, whereupon the complete combination is compressed while being heated.
