In this case, the object of the invention is to keep the mutual surface pressure, resulting from the intrinsic weight of the printed-circuit boards, small during storage of said printed-circuit boards, and to simplify, for example, separation for further transportation and, furthermore, to permit a large range of formats for the printed-circuit boards using one and the same device, with a minimum space requirement, which is achieved in that vertically stacked printed-circuit board stacks are inclined with respect to the feeding direction on a transportation carriage, are supported by means of a rear wall, can be moved to the separation position, can be pivoted via the vertical into the horizontal position successively onto the printed-circuit boards, using a suction gripper which can pivot and engages on the edges, and can be placed down on the transportation rollers. <IMAGE>
