PURPOSE:To enable to wind a coil uniformly by forming an epoxy film on a core. CONSTITUTION:A DC electric field is applied between both an anode employing a metal plate and a cathode emlpoying a core in an aqueous solution containing amine of epoxy, thereby forming a cation electrodeposited film of epoxy on the core. After the electrodeposition, it is washed, is heat treated at 100-300 deg.C, thereby dehydrating and condensing the amine and forming a complete epoxy film. In this manner, the core which has pinhole free property, preferably adhering property to the edge, adequate hardness, strong adherence and excellent insulation. |
