PURPOSE:To save the arrangement time, to shorten the production time, and to reduce the controlled manhour by automatically managing and controlling individual work sequences at a production site by use of a computer. CONSTITUTION:At a production site composed of a plurality of processes 1, 2, 7, each of which consists of work contents of multiple and various works A, B, C, multiple works conveyed from upstream in individual processes are stocked 4 temporarily, and the number and type of the works A, B, C during the stock are read into a computer and the work sequences are calculated based on the contents read in the computer. Then, the works stocked as mentioned above based on the calculated results are fed to the work processes to be worked in accordance with the sequences. |
