发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF POSITIVE PLATE FOR NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a battery characteristics of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery by a method wherein synthetic iron disulfide obtained by heat reaction of iron oxide, iron halide, iron hydroxide, or iron oxigen acid salt or a mixture thereof in an atmosphere of hydrogen sulfide under nonexisitance of oxigen and subsequently by cooling in inert gas or vacuum or under reduced pressure is used as an action substance. CONSTITUTION:The ferrous chloride (FeCl2.nH2O) on the market is vacuum dried at the temperature of 60-120 deg.C for 2-5hrs and then put in a reaction tube. Subsequently inert gas (for example argon gas) is made to flow into said reaction tube to replace the air. When the inside of the reaction tube is fully replaced with inert gas, the temperature inside of the reaction tube is raised up to 100-150 deg.C while further being dried for 1-5hrs. After fully drying the flow of inert gas is stopped and next the temperature inside of the reaction tube is raised to 200-600 deg.C for further hot reaction for 5-50hrs while maintaining the same temperature range. Thereafter, the flow in of hydrogen sulfide is stopped and inert gas is made to flow in the reaction to replace hydrogen sulfide while then slowly cooling down to the normal temperature to obtain synthetic iron disulfide.
